Allemantheia Headquarters is command center of Elven city of Allemantheia. It's located in Sharan Command, near Pegasus Platform. This is where you meet Fraya first time. Speak to guards to enter.
Following quests require you to return to Allemantheia many times. It's worth to buy few teleport scrolls to the city to do that fast.
