Barbarian Valley
The Barbarian Valley was a location in TERA, previewed in 2009, years before game's official release. It was occupied by the tribals named the "Aokan" tribe. Initially, the tribe was created to fight against the gods. However, they were a failure and therefore abandoned. When they came across Barbarian Village, they decided to settle, as it's a safe location that no other race or tribe dares to enter because of the dangerous area surrounding it.
This location seems to have some similarities to Feral Valley. "Aokan" tribe became Orcans.
