Warding Totem is an active skill used by Mystics. It's is performed with a scepter by the Mystic to heal allies.

Totem is summoned in direction where camera points and mystic also turns there.

"Warding Effect" means that it also gives a (really weak ~7000 HP) shield to allies. It also gives Arun's Breath effect, which means Titanic Favor or Boomerang Pulse heal extra while totem last. (Technically, each healing tick from Totem every 2 sec gives 2 sec buff.)

Shield effect was removed in patch v110. Instead it now gives 3 seconds of immunity to knockdown and stagger.
